We did the Alexandria food tour on a perfect fall day. The food was excellent and there was a nice variety. The walking portion was great as it not only provided a nice break from between restaurants, but we were also given a great history of Alexandria. I have now been on both Old Town and Capitol Hill food tours- went on old town a while ago, but thought i would put in my 2 cents. I am in DC for work every once in a while, and tried out the Old Town food tour- It was fantastic. The food, the history, the architecture all brought together... more

I went on this tour this past summer and was impressed. Even on a hot day, this was a great way to spend an afternoon. The food was excellent, the walk was pleasant, and the tour guides were knowledgable and fun. All in all, a great way to see and taste Alexandria! more
