Known locally by the initials CCBB, the cultural center is a collection of performance, cinema and art exhibit space. Located near the lake, with two restaurants, it's worth a few hours in the afternoon, or if you can arrange to attend an event, even more. There's a shuttle bus that runs about every hour from CCBB back into the town....
