It was so relaxing to walk around the park with other strollers and joggers. Its a great place to people watch on a Sunday afternoon.

A mismesh of lake, park, jogging path, fairground, children play areas, boat rental, theatre, construction site and ciesta haven for beggers and workers.

It is a amazing park, full of people and buzzy athmosphere. A definite must-see in Belo Horizonte!

I used to jog at the Parque Municipal many years ago. Recently went for a stroll with a friend and our young sons. If you don't like crowds, avoid Sundays.

Located downtown it is popular among the locals as a weekend activity. Good for a morning stroll.

In the very heart of such a busy city like Belo Horizonte, the park is a nice place to walk around, sit on the benches to relax, read or just watch people, trees, grass, birds, and the lake. Children may really like it. it´s worth a visit.
