I enjoyed this museum`s collection of eighteenth and nineteenth century Brazilian paintings. Specifically,I liked their collection of works by Victor Meireles,Pedro Americo,Eliseu Visconti,and Ridolfo Amoedo. I also appreciated their splendid collection of Brazilian landscapes by Frans Post,a fine Dutch Master,as well as their huge collection of seascapes by Louis Boudin,a French Pre-Impressionist. Other painters well-represented were Nicolas Taunay,Armand Guillaumin,and Impressionist...
