we loved Barra de Lagoa - take a taxi from Florianopolis (about Rs35) - but best to book one to come back and collect you too. In March was very quiet, not all the restaurants still open - but weather still amazing, and seemed to be good surfing if that's your thing. Lunch at the Dos Irmaos very good value... more
