Really enjoyed the birds and monkeys in the reserve. Unfortunately we did not see many other mammals (most likely due to wet season). If possible do a night-walk; so many beautiful animals you would not want to find in your cabana...

The Cuyabeno is little known by Americans but it should be famous. You are in the heart of the Amazon and you can see all of the Amazonian animals easily from the comfort of a boat of hiking through the Jungle. Once in a lifetime place to visit.

We stayed with the Siona Lodge and it was fantastic. Completely eco-friendly, completely clean, and well thought out schedule and plan.
