Dam is small as compared to huge dams available in India. Good for photography and having fun in speed boat. You can stop here for a while when going to other places.

The dam itself is not exciting, though the scenery will provide some nice photos . Further down , one has speed boat ride and paddle boating. The speed boat is thrilling , though I would think the kids would love it more. The area around the paddle boat area is very green and one can spend some relaxed moments here.
