It was a lovely drive to the lake, it was early morning 6:30am, slight chill in the air but a great day. You can see Rhinos and Zebras grazing grass in harmony. Once on the lake you can see Thousands of flamingoes spread over on a small piece of land in middle of the lake. Don't forget to take your...

It must be my fifth or sixth time I visit this Park. Although I do not see always lots and lots of flamingos - it depends on the season - I leave the place with a sense of wonder! This time I saw leopard, lion, an amazing number of bird species and all the so much more. It was something...

Lake Nakuru is a relatively small park but has a large variety of very special animals. For me the highlight were the Rhino's. It is easy to visit and oversea due to its size. Having the lake gives it an extra dimension compared to for example the Masai Mara plains.
Always lots of game, lovely scenery and easy to get around. A good intro to Kenya, especially if driving as you see the Rift Valley also.

After dinner we bonded beside a bonfire in the suites sitting room and enjoyed drinks from their well stocked mini bar. The room staff...

Full day game viewing in Lake Nakuru National Park, where you will have a
chance to visit a unique sanctuary catering for a sizeable number of the
endangered rhinoceros and the Rothschild giraffe. Waterbucks as well as
the predators such as the lion and leopard are common at the park. Also to
be seen is a myriad different variety of...

We visited Lake Nakuru National Park for 24h with a one night stay at the simple KWS lodge inside the park but at the edge (neighbouring Nakuru visible). 2 driving tours at dusk and dawn brought as in contact with the wild life. Thomson’s and Grant gazelle, Impala and waterbuck ruled. We spotted hippos on land, a lion, numerous white...
