My wife and I did a discover scuba diving course with Universal Diver (we weren't at the Perhentians long enough for a full Padi certification). We did two dives with instructor Julia and were very happy. All the instructors we spoke were very laid-back and welcoming and there was a great vibe going on at Universal Diver.
