We offer half-day bird watching tours (professional quality binoculars provided) suitable for anyone with a passion for nature and a few hours to spend. With a modicum of luck we’ll even see the spectacular Andean Cock-of-the-Rock, which is common here. « less

Especially the Cock-of the-rock, which I guess is sort of the object for most people. I'm glad I made the extra... More

We went out with Jim and Gladys Sykes three times over the four days we were in Aguas Calientes. First of all, we found them very accommodating. They met us at our hotel, and offered us binoculars and ponchos, even though we didn't need them. Many people don't travel with binoculars so this is an important feature.. It is great... More

I always thought that Aguas Calientes was a necessary evil on the way to Machu Picchu. Now I know better. We hooked up with Lost City Bird Guides while in Aguas Calientes and they took us out for a day of birding in the high jungle/ cloud forest of the area. They handed us each a pair of binoculars and... More
