Its an awesome place. Unlike other temples its unique and worth a couple of visits. Kids and adults everyone will enjoy. The queues can be cumbersome as tight security is observed. There is a dress code which needs to be followed at the temple. Do read the info about the temple online before visiting.

If you visit Delhi, it is a must to visit Akshardham. Must see: Fountain Show Main temple Canteen is really good as well containing various kinds of cuisines. If you have full day to visit then fine, else visit it during evening. Its worth it to see the Akshardham in night glittering with lights and the fountain show as well.
