It's just a monument. No history lesson or anything. a bunch of tourists taking pictures. View of the ocean isn't that good. You'll spend 10 minutes there taking pictures. Interesting place to hang out. It was built a while ago to commemorate the visit of the King of England. It is located in the 'touristy' area of Mumbai next to the Taj hotel.
