I really love going here. I wish there were more shops and better shops, but its such a fun piece of history and architecture. I could stay for hours and hours! I love eating at the noodle restaurant btw!

This building named simply as 1933 is an art deco style building, built as an abattoir aka slaughterhouse. Today it is transformed into a commercial and creative hub consists of design studios, luxury boutiques, restaurants, bars, clubs, art galleries, and theater. It's very special among the builidings in Shanghai. Its a factory by origin. And now it has been a culture center. Many arts is showed there.
