New out side theater. Just plan to go when the weather is nice. read the website for the theater bacause there are somethings that are not allowed in the theater. close to downtown restaurants and you can walk to the restaurants.

Although only open about a year now, the Tuscaloosa Ampitheater is a neat place. I don't think there is a bad seat in the place and there is ample parking and it's only a block or two from the middle of downtown Tuscaloosa, situated right along the banks of the Black Warrior River. If someone you like to hear performs... More

I have seen several events and concerts at the amphitheater. It's a great venue and a welcome addition to the city. It is just the right size, well laid out, nicely landscaped, and amply staffed. You will be hard-pressed to find a better outdoor concert arena anywhere in the southeast.

Great new venue to to enjoy live music and other events. Saw ZZ Top here & also attended a 9/11 memorial last September. Really well done, over looks the river. Highly recommend seeing a show here.

Great location right by the Black Warrior River. It is a really nice place that Tuscaloosa has every right to be proud of having. The acts / shows booked in the Tuscaloosa Amphitheater are diverse and should appeal to many locals and visitors alike.

Took me back to memories of past attended concerts in medium sized venues. More expensive, of course, but atmosphere, sound quality, and crowd energy was really wonderful. Glad Tuscaloosa added this additional choice of entertainment.

Summer night...great music outdoors in a beautiful, new, intimate atmosphere. Now if there was only a big lawn and a blanket like the old Oak Mountain days....... Can't wait to see who they bring this year.

We saw ALABAMA in Alabama, the night before a big football game. The band was great, the crowd was rockin, the sound system and lights were locked in, and we enjoyed ourselves. They serve beer and hot dogs and pizza and the like. We parked where we would be for the game, so we walked over to the venue which... More
