The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour is in a dark, unlit case, unlike of the other tours we have been on. You have to climb over and under barriers and through some water, which was fine with us. The caverns were very impressive.

We really enjoyed seeing the caves. Walking through the river was great and the bats were plentiful. My daughters have really enjoyed telling their friends they saw real live vampire bats.
