We rented boards here for a couple days - they wanted a $1000 credit card deposit, more than we had to leave for our car rental. In addition, they then gave us grief when we brought the boards back - and said we had damaged one, we pointed out is was old damage and that they had already circled it... more

Guiones beach is so great because all the construction is 200 meters inwards from the beach. It feels like there is nothing and one owns the place. Best place to stay so that you don't have to walk too far or even drive to go surfing is the Harmony Hotel (former Villa Taype). Great vibe and great cocktails as well.... more

Not one thing is built on this beach; nothing. Beautiful white sand and dramatic craggy points jut out into the Pacific. With incredable rivers and fishing. The kayaking is great in this area and the sunsets are unbelivable. more
