Watching turtles lay their eggs is a small miracle. It is a very serene and peaceful. If you have a chance this is a must do! more

Wonderful spot, far from the maddening crowd, up beautiful waterways, full of wildlife, monkeys, birds etc. Would not recommend looking for the leatherback turtles here however;Gandoca is better for that. more

Tortuguero National Park is located on a spit of land between the Tortuguero River and the Caribbean Sea.
