This was a highlight of our 5 night trip to Aitutaki. Even rain and the dismal weather couldn't dampen the fun had on this tour. Puna, along with his family, take you on a very scenic tour of the lagoon. There are multiple stops for snorkelling, refreshments and home made donuts on the boat, and a lovely BBQ lunch provided... We took the cruise with our 2yr old daughter. The boat could carry up to 20, no loo, no alcohol, great snacks and lunch. There are wide railings front and back so we kept a good eye on the little one. Snorking gear was old but mine worked really well. Loved the snorking locations and the drift snorkling where we... Our requirements were simple - a nice boat, 2-3 snorkelling stops that were not deep and a yummy lunch. Aitutaki adventures delivered it all and more. We were picked up from our hotel and delivered to the wharf where the boat was docked. There were drinks, doughnuts, masks, towels, flippers on board for everyone - so aside from sunscreen, you... 10 of us friends went on Punas cruise and had a great time! I would highly recommend it to anyone. He was very friendly and so was his wife. The cruise was fantastic and the food was fulfilling and delicious. There is 20+ of us heading back for the Easter Weekend and I am hoping that he will be available... More

We enjoyed two trips out to the amazing Aitutaki lagoon with Puna and loved every minute. We swan with a Giant Trevally and huge Moray Eel as well as hundreds of tropical fish. The lunch was superb with Puna's wife Tutu and his son Paki helping to ensure we enjoyed ourselves on wonderful One Foot Island. Can't wait to go... More

We were taken in the back of a truck to our double hull catamaran. The cruise was full, we shared the day with 5 other couples. Puna, the owner and driver, had quite a sense of humour and his wife cooked us the most amazing local meal on One Foot Island. Despite an engine mishap (luckily later fixed by another... More

We were told this cruise had the best lunch option - and it was fabulous! Puna our host was amazing. The snorkelling was great (even though it was a little hazy due to some rough seas outside the lagoon). One foot island was lovely. We were even followed by a HUGE fish while snorkelling (a little scary - but great,... More

Despite the slightly windy conditions we had wonderful lagoon cruise stopping at Honeymoon island, snorkeling in the giant clam reserve, having kite surfers cruising past us, walking on the sand bar, and a second snorkel with schools of yellow butterfly fish and scissor tailed Sargeant's. Puna's wife Tutu and son provided an excellent lunch for us on One Foot Island... More

We had a fantastic day out on the yellow boat! Puna was our skipper, he had a great knowledge of the area, his wife had a fantastic spread of local foods for lunch on the beautiful One Foot Island and his son helped in all areas. Overall all a great day. Thank you for the great local island hospitality. Jeff... More

Of course, in Aitutaki a lagoon cruise is a must and my husband and I warmly recommend the Yellow boat tour. We had four days in Aitutaki and wish we would have gone on it the first day - then we would have known to go on another and spend twice the time out in the lagoon! The tour is... More
