Cruised on the Royal Caribbean Serenade of the Seas, pre-booked the combined Whale /Bear excursion. Whales first lovely large boat with free coffee and snacks(at extra but not expensive) Very friendly and knowledgable crew. we were not 15 minutes out when we saw humpbacks including them fluking and breaching. I need to give a thumbs up to this fine gentleman. Before our 9/19 cruise aboard the Infinity we booked a Whale watching tour with F.I.S.H.E.S at ISP. We were to go out with 4 other people. This is a small town the cruise boats tender off on Alaskan cruises. They host one boat at a time and excursions from the boat and from the shore cost the same. This town has two areas, one is the small port where there are two sit down restaurants and small snack/coffee shops. There is some shopping at the tender... more
