The drive is long from well wherever..... It's funny because my husband lived in Alaska all his life and never went up there just because everything is such a journey. We stopped at the Pipeline on the way which I think is a must see. It's so interesting to see those pipes. I do think that the Santa Claus House... more
We had a great time letting the Grand Children visit with Santa. This is the main reason for stopping here, unless you absolutely have to hear Christmas music in May! Santa was very personable. What a beautifull trip to ALaska. I went to North Pole, the streets are always lit up and the pole lights are shaped like candy canes. At the Santa Claus House there was a huge Santa towering over the House..It was at least 40 feet tall. What a Wonderfull child like feeling to see the house as it was beautifully... more
