The Chimaera flames are an incredible concept, which is why it was worth the trip up to see them. They aren't terribly exciting though, and it is a bit of a hike to get there. Overall, worth spending an hour or two exploring (at night).

Note that chimaera tour is not an easy leisure tour. I booked this tour on a group with Olympos Orange Pension at TL25. It's basically a van pick-up/drop-off both ways. Interesting place, very spiritual and different. I have never seen anything like it before. Be sure you have a flashlight with fresh batteries! I missed on the fresh battery concept and it made for a struggle down the hill in the pitch black.

About a 5 km hike to see this mystical fire. Just do it but make sure you wear good shoes and bring a flashlight! 3 TL entry fee.
