We didn't see dolphins. Before we booked we were told there was a ''high chance'' to swim with the dolphins, but afterwards we were told the chance is really small. Afterwards they told us May is not a good time, because the dolphins don't feel like playing. We saw some fins out of the water from a far distance, but... More

If you dive around Marsa Alam, this is a must see, with both nice corals, cavern diving, and possibility to see dolphins (but enjoy this place even if you don't see them, which may often be the case).

Beautiful but packed boat and when camera man sold us the video shoots of our dives 70 percent of filming were of the German group so there were little of shots of us diving though a few bought the dvd from the camera man who is German. Some yeara ago when my wife left, I booked a week at an ec0-resort thru Red Sea Diving.. situated on a coral reef near Marsa Shagra (?) We stayed in small mosque shaped stone huts and ate all our meals under rush shelters.. There was a beautiful house reef which you could wade out to... I was the only snorkeller... More

This is a very nice reef and there is a very good chance to meet my lovely dolphins that live there. I have seen them during snorkeling. Reef is much colorful. was amazing day

This is very nice reef and there is a very good chance to meet dolphins that live there. We have seen them during diving, but you can also meet them while snorkeling. Reef is much closer from Marsa Alam, but you can also go there from Hamata. If you're in Hamata there is also another reef with dolphins called Sha'ab... More

When you go try to go on a dive boat and not on a booked holiday trip. Mostly they go Shaab Marsa Alam first (this is the closer reef) and they have a look to see if they are there. Failing that you toodle out to Dolphin House Reef. Now remember this is nature so you dont always see them,... More

Brilliant that we saw dolphins, but the guides spent their time hurtling about with us in a zodiac chasing them, so not surprisingly they did not hang about with us!
