When researching Alaska I stumbled across this trip...my brother and I went with captain Gerry on his photo tour....We splurged on this trip and Camp Denali rather than cruise...We were blown away...we left at 9 in the morning and were not back for over 10 hours. My wife and I spent ten days in Alaska and our day aboard Captain Gerry's Boat, The Sound Access, was definitely among the best. We disembarked from a cruise ship at Whittier, and climbed aboard Captain Gerry's boat - the Sound Access - for a day trip before heading up to Anchorage.
