The wine is wonderful! The tasting room is fun, laid back, and comfy! Plus, the staff is super nice!

Waaaay overated. I don't care which celebrity owns a vineyard, the proof is in the product. And you cannot come close to Calif. wines. Maybe someday. The hullabaloo just turns me off.

They have a great selection of wine, knowledgeable and friendly wine baristas, in a cozy "old west" setting on Main St.

We were greeted immediately upon entry by friendly faces and attitudes. The staff was young, helpful and knowledgeable about the wines and other products. The prices were very reasonable, the wine tasted great and a good time was had by all. The decor and atmosphere were fresh and trendy, we will visit again in the future.

Friendly staff however because there were other people they were tending to we felt like little information on their wines were shared directly with us. I felt what I did learn was from eavesdropping with what was being explained to other guests. The one positive was their reasonable price for the wine flight which included a small glass. We tried the wine tasting on a Saturday, which is busy day for all the tasting rooms and we had to wait quite awhile for the hostess to come around. The wines were good, though.

We just drove down the hill from Caduceus. It's always fun to visit a tasting room where the experience is less than optimal - staff only mildly interested in your experience with their wines, steep prices, a bar-like atmosphere. Visited Caduceus Cellars Tasting Room in Jerome prior to coming here. While the former was overpriced and intimidating, AZ Stronghold was a relaxed environment and the staff friendly and helpful.
