Pretty good wines for Arizona! We enjoyed the pours, and the repartee of the sommelier.

Just a very pleasant and educational time spent tasting a variety of locally produced wines, and presented by friendly and cheerful folks. Also a great selection of gifts and wearing apparel. Tours are also available but must be booked in advance. We left with 5 bottles and 3 glasses. Very pleasant and worth the trip to the middle of nowhere...

We stopped here as the 3rd and final tasting of the day. The host was very friendly and we swapped tall tales while we sipped our wine. Everything we tried was outstanding, the host was knowledgable about wine and about the area in Southern Az .. can't wait to come here again ...
Mary Kay was serving us and she was delightful. We bought a few wines and especially loved the Arizona Sunset.

One of the most beautiful areas in Southern Arizona. We spent the day there and enjoyed the wine tasting and pairings they made available. We were there with several family members and in-laws and had a wonderful family time. Excellent service, the wines were great and the views are magnificent!
The Sonoita Vineyards is the first winery of the region. The wine tasting was nine wines for $3.00 since we brought our own glasses from another winery. The prices of the wines was very reasonable and they were excellent. Make sure to visit all the wineries in the area.
If you find yourself in southern Arizona, a trip through Arizona's wine country is a pleasant surprise. Beautiful rolling hills, quaint small town charm and pleasant temperatures that the high elevation affords. I just visited the Sonointa Veneyards in Elgin, and what a nice place! A modest fee ($3.00...and you get to keep the souvenir glass!) will get you up...
