I enjoyed the course and would recommend adding Canoa Hills to your list of courses to play. Wide open fairways and well maintained. I especially enjoyed the views and the 17th hole is really something to see!!
As a Phoenix resident we wanted to try golf in different parts of the state. After playing at Rio Rico which was'nt very good ,we found a gem at Canoa Hills. Got right on ....price was good and what a great little course. I would definitly drive the 21/2 hr trip to play there again...Definitly bring your A game off...

I like this course because if it's windy you are protected a bit. The greens were super fast.
Played in late February. Greens were in terrible condition. Have played this course several times each of the last 5 winters. It is in the worst shape I have ever seen.
The course needs watering. Aside from that it's a decent track. Fairways are narrow in spots and there's elevation changes which makes it interesting. Greens are fairly small but receptive. Again, the course was pretty dried out when we played and could be a really good place to tee it up if in better shape. Staff was very friendly.
