This is a fantastic collection of AMERICAN built vehicles, machines and equipment. I would not call it a ghost town as much as a mining museum. Most of the equipment is stored outdoors and is rusty. We visited the Gold King Mine around 12th of May. We were in the USA for a motorcycletrip together with 30 other bikers. Don showed us his Indian bike and other stuff. It was really fantastic. When you go to Jerome, you should visit Ghost Town. regards Gerrit more

I agree. There's lots of stuff around the Gold King Mine. But to be clear: you don't get to go into a mine. There's a 10 ft replica mine shaft. We had so much fun at the Gold King Mine and Museum. When I was a teenager, I visited here with my family. My husband and I just went this past weekend and it is even better than I remembered!
