We could not believe the view and the close up of the energy from the Indian Ocean. The two suspension bridges afford remarkable views and let you see things that you would not believe. This is a place to go if you are anywhere in the area. The trail to the suspension bridges has some steep steps, but it is... More

This is one of the highlights. On the way, we saw many dassie - very cute and lazy animal. And the area around suspension bridge is very beautiful. It took us about an hour to complete to walk and it is so worth to do it.

Take the road to the Storms River Mouth off the highway. Pay the park entrance fee, drive down to the car park. walk left and go past the restaurant across the little beach and follow the trail. It climbs up and down steep steps and is about 1km long so be prepared, At the other end are the 2 suspension... More

We drove to the mouth of Strorms River. I decided to go over the bridge to take photos. I found the path to be poorly marked as far as the steps. At the "Big Tree" the top step is outlined in white so the step is easily seen in fog and low light.I had no trouble but if my wife... More

Wow! My first and only trip before December 2011 was at the age of 10! Beautiful then but at this age it could be appreciated in many more ways! My partner and I did a drive by on our way back home to Cape Town from Port Elizabeth. It was stunning. Took a walk to the suspension bridge and just... More

We arrived in the middle of two tour buses. It's gorgeous and definitely worth doing, but if you see any buses there I'd advice waiting and going once they've left. The path is narrow and can get very crowded, which can take away from the experience. Gorgeous views and a must-do when it Tsitsikamma

This is a must-do walk, its not strenuous unless you climb to the observation point at the end of the trail. The whole path is paved with wooden planks, the views are terrific and simply breathtaking.

The trail was closed when I was there. I did some research and found out that it is closed quite often and it had been closed for quite some time already prior to my visit. Don't go there expecting it to be open and for you to be able to see it. Check with the park prior to you arrival... More
