Been here many times, and every time has been heaps of fun, with lots of educational and entertaining things to do. Can go down a mine or enjoy an adventure ride or even watch how they make gold bars and pour the molten golden liquid... Great cityscape view too of downtown Jozi.. Def worth a visit or re-visit!

Wow!!!!!!!!!!! one hectic, busy and buzzing place of enjoyment. Thrills and frills to enjoy for any age group. The casino a must as so are all the rides too. Funfilling and bursting with joy and laughter experiences.

On our recent trip, half the rides were not working, we were not offered any discount on the ticket price, nor were we informed at the gate that the rides were mot working. We ended paying the full entrance fee for a family of 4 (+/-R500) and we were able to do was to visit the kiddies playground and eat... More

No matter when you go there it is always fun. Although there are sometimes rides that aren't working and the food there isn't that good.

I have just returned from Johannesburg and visited Gold Reef City whilst there. The main reason for visiting was that you can go on a tour of the old and now disused gold mine. I visited several years ago so my memory is a bit sketchy, but I do remember it was fun. I think it is worth a visit.

Soo many of the best rides weren't working. I was very disappointed. Ended up leaving early because of this to go gamble at the casino across the road instead.
