I have never ever experience something like this. Their service are excellent. They treat you like a queen. Everything they do is to please me the client. I am having a night spa with them this month. You can get addicted to them.

From the moment we arrived for our evening spa (including 3 treatments) we could see the establishment was badly maintained: lockers not working etc. The couples were mixed up on different treatments, it felt very unorganised. We booked in for the day experience here and from the outset couldn't believe what good value it was for 7 spa treatments. We were not wrong! Arrived for breakfast which was delicious.
