If you fancy just chilling out, go to the companys gardens, and enjoy the beauty, and make sure you have breakfast there, its lovely
Peaceful zone in the centre of town, but also a centre for the history of the town, with parliament next door and museums all around. Great views of Table Mountain from the bottom of the park. Well worth a visit.

Friendly atmosphere with bustle of people of every walk of life passing through, complemented by peace of leafy shade. Minimal road noise. Very close to St. George's Cathedral and National Museum etc. - rest your tourist feet in between the sights!
