If you're just going to drive through the area to see the colorful building facades and snap a few photos... you won't think much of Bo-Kaap. Bo Kaap has got many differently coloured houses within the area, but that is all that it has to offer. We had a drive through the area, and the 5 minutes we spent was more than enough.
