Best view of Paarl mountain overlooking the vineyards, food & wine good

as good as a myriad of other mediocre wines. THe white is light and drinkable. Good to pour via a carafe. A no-name brand!

Exquisite wines - especially their reds, full bodied and really specail. They also have a really beautiful view from their tasting rooms.

A different menu fron the run of the mill Wine farms offering great food from a talented chef. Nice wines also, combine a tasting with your dinner or lunch it works well.

This is one of the most picturesque wine farms I have been to. it has a contempory African Theme, wooden floors with a big glass panel in the floor as a feature to see the wine barrels below. there is also a great art gallery attached.

Another great Cape winery with terrific cheeses and olives for sale.

I love visiting this winery. People are always friendly and not shy to share their knowledge about wine. The tasting room is beautiful with a bit of an African Feel. The view of Paarl Wine Region is stunning. To top it all the wine is consistenly great. Love the Chardonnay and Shiraz.

We enjoyed a very satisfying sunday lunch experience at Glen Carlou. The weather was lousy, so the large thatched hall with the dominating fire-place and wine bar provided just the right feeling of comfort. Went here for a tasting and lunch as I sell some of their wines in the UK; great lunch with magnificent views, the wines are, in my opinion, some of the best in South Africa.
