This beach is unique with its boulders and penguin inhabitants. Pack a beach bag, pay your entrance fee and frolick amidst the icy waves with the young ones. Child friendly and protected from the Cpae wind.

Penguins, penguins and more penguins! I love photography and spent a happy hour here snapping these delightful creatures in a pleasant setting. Far better than any zoo.

The close encounter with the Africa penguins at Boulders Beach was a memorable experience and 1000% better than my penguin experience in Australia. From the boardwalk the penguins are just feet away from visitors.

We went to have a look because I love penguins and there are plenty of them at Boulders beach. You can walk out past their nesting burrows on wooden walkways and see them quite close up. However I did feel that it was expensive for what is only about a 15 minute diversion.

Disappointing as had been told we could walk on the beach with the penguins, now they have built a walkway over the penguins and it's not well signposted when driving into Boulders

Nice little beach, small visitor center. Many African Peguins and other birds. Easy to walk boardwalk through out.

We visited Boulders Beach as a stop on our day tour of Cape Point, and I have to say of all the stops we made (all of which were very nice) this was the only one whose value I questioned a bit. It was a very nice beach with walkways built above it so that you can see the penguins.... More
