Great play area to keep the kids entertain whilst the adults dine on great tapas

Lovely views, delicious food & great staff but no taxi numbers.. best to drive i guess.

Really nice food in a great setting, well worth a visit.

Although on the expensive side, we had such a great time! The food was delicious. And there is enough space for toddlers to run around while adults enjoy the food and wine.

This is a nice eclectic mix of africa and france, and the wine tasting room is not the usual stuffy old cellar, but bright, decor mix of africa and france, and really something that celebrates south african wine estates. wines are good, restaurant is good, and service very professional, somewhat cool, but nevertheless worth it. the main attraction, the setting!... I took my young daughter out to the Dornier restaurant yesterday. What a lovely setting. The views are magnificent as is the food !! Portions are generous and the presentation is exquisite. Dornier is a relaxed location to have lunch, plenty to chose from and lovely outside space. The architecture of their new buildings gives an interesting contrast to the traditional homestead building which houses the restaurant.

I attended a Dinner at Dornier as a guest of EBSCO on my two days business trip to Stellenbosch. The dinner served was beyond my greatest expectation. Well done!
