A beautiful bridge for pedestrians, named for women, built privately, gives good views of the old tallship, Sarmiento
It is nothing special - a landmark that has no significance other then giving some builders some funds and a designer who was paid for a giant check mark.
In my point of view, a city would need just one of these attractions to be worthy of a visit from people form other countries: the Puerto Madero complex, Floralis Generica and el Puente de La Mujer (Puerto Madero Bridge). it's a nice bridge but at night it takes on a more romantic feeling- beautifully lit up and reflecting off the water.
Quite an impressive design and is located within a nice area. A few nice restaurants and cafe's nearby, in keeping with the modern feel of Puerto Madero.
This is the newest and "posh"-er neighbourhood in the city. You can find the most expensive restaurants and apartments here, but it has a nice walk by the river and it is free so you'll find all sorts of people walking, cycling or jogging. There are parks closer to the river and the natural reserve towards the southern end.
Modern, and the work of a great architect. It is set in the lovely Puerto Madero (BA's port dating back to the 1880s, next to the downtown district. Brides take photos here on Friday and Saturday nights. It is known as the "Puente de la Mujer" (Women's bridge).
