The school is very close to Palermo and 15’ from the center of town. All our teachers have a University degree, hold a master’s degree in Spanish as a second language and are fully experienced. We work hard to help the students have a wonderful time in Argentina. « less

My only regret about Verbum is that I couldn’t have studied there for a month. I’ve been taking advanced Spanish courses at a small language school in Massachusetts for the last year, so I decided to continue studying during my week in Buenos Aires. Daniela was an excellent teacher – knowledgeable, personable, fun, and encouraging. She corrected mistakes and explained... More

Both my hubby (advanced) and myself (beginner-intermediate) really enjoyed and learned a lot during our week of classes at Verbum. Verbum was also kind enough to arrange a homestay as well which was a perfect way to reinforce what we learned as our host spoke very little english.

I went to Buenos Aires to follow two weeks of language courses at Verbum Language schools, I did of course expect it to be nice and neat but it went beyond my expectations. All the teachers are só nice and willing to help, they are so patient with everyone and kind. Also the director Marina and the secretary Maite were... More

This is a wonderful vacation tour group that offers personalized tours of Buenos Aires and throughout Argentina. This group is extremely professional, courteous and punctual. Our guide was Mercedes Arando and she is very knowledgeable on the history of Buenos Aires. We had a wonderful 4 hour tour of BA. She returned calls promptly and made our trip worry-free. Jimena Moses... More

My wife and I visited Buenos Aires for the first time in August, 2011. I had studied Spanish for several months prior to my visit, and I was interested in using my language skills and continuing to learn while in Buenos Aires. I found Verbum Spanish School on Tripadvisor and decided to contact the school to inquire about Spanish lessons... More

I am a high school Spanish teacher, though not a native Speaker, and I came to Buenos Aires for one week to get to know the city and practice my Spanish. Verbum set me up with a homestay for the week and it was a fantastic experience. The coordinator at Verbum set everything up with me via email including the... More

It was my second experience at Verbum. And both were my best experience in learning a language. Both times I had a one week crash course before a trip through Argentina. Had private lessons with a very personal touch. Besides the ´Spanish´ we also discussed all kinds of current affairs. Which is very usefull and informative so you can understand... More

We really must say a massive thank you to the ladies at Verbum - Maite, for helping to organise everything, and Susana, who was an extremely patient teacher, lovely person and actually made the class really enjoyable for both of us - gracias amigas! Great valuable and highly recommended!

If you want to add espanol to your argentian experience ,then Verbum is a choice with which you are going to feel satisfied afterwards. The reasons are many: 1.the very friendly environment of the school, 2.the high teaching skills of the teachers, 3.the personalised treatment towards every student-meaning that they are always willing to listen to you particularly, if you have...
