We booked with Carina to have a full day tour in buenos Aires through Tours By Locals. There were 5 of us and we had disembarked at 9 am from our cruise ship. We toured Buenos Aires on our Cruise day with Luciano. We spent the entire day with him on a nasty, cold and drizzly day. He was upbeat, jovial and even supplied colorful umbrellas. “Tour of Buenos Aires with with Luciano”

We spent 8 hours touring with Luciano. We found him very personable, adaptable and extremely knowledgeable of Buenoe Aires the city, and the history of the city and Argentina.
