Plaza Dorrego is the heart of the reviving San Telmo barrio. Interesting architecture and a great food market - the Mercado de San Telmo - make it worth walking around. But the restaurants are mediocre, the once famous Feria de San Telmo is a shabby ghost of its former self - tourist junk made in China - but the antique... more
