It's a peatonal st. You can walk there only during the day . At night it's angeorus as far as there are dangerous people of all kinds. I try not to go there.

It's the heart of the city street.Near de obelisc. Althougth it's full of people during the weekdays you can find a few restaurant and souvenirs shops

Lavalle (Pronounced by Porteños as lă vă shā) is a pedestrian walkway lined with shops and other businesses in the same vein as Calle Florida. The two streets cross, forming a T.
