I went to the laguna because it was in front of my hotel (it is a 5US$ cab ride from El calafate village). That was on the 1st day in Calafate, I had arrived at 3 pm and wanted to go outside before dinner. This is a bird sanctuary. You walk for 1-2 hours around pounds, with a UNIQUE sense... more
