Just arrived at the city and me, my wife and daughter 6yrs, settled at Xelena Hotel and went downtown for dinner. I was the 24th Dec. and several restaurants were open but the majority combined that after 6:30 pm the only adult meal to serve was the " Cena Navidadeña" , a rip off invented lousy dinner at five times... more
