All camp sites have water and electricity, and many have large trees for shade. The river and swimming area are very nice here. It's noisy at night because of music coming from a bar on the California side - but other than that, it was a great place to camp. Our dog loved getting into the river in the area... More

We are used to camping in Michigan and Canada so this was our first in this environment, but it did not disappoint. This was exactly what we where looking for. We are tent campers and this area is mostly RV but the cabana style site was great. we were right on the Colorado river (muy frio!) which is amazing and... More

Park greeter was very nice and honest. Offered for us to go to the Wildlife Refuge for fishing as the fishing there was not very good. Not very many people will do that!

This a a great campground with beautiful surroundings. We stayed here the first week of February in spot #11. This spot had it all (except full hookups) with a nice grassy area and perfect views of the river and mountains. The spots are spacious and the campground was very quiet this time of year but I can imagine that in... More

Very cool park, right on the water, with tons of beach access. Easy RV parking, lots of tent spaces, easy in and out. Staff here was FAB, extra nice and easy to work with. No sewer at most of the sites, no wifi, and hardly any cell tower. ON THE FLIP SIDE: dog absolutely loved it, dogs are allowed on... More

What a nice campground! The staff is on top of every detail in this park as well as being friendly and helpful. There's two sandy beaches, with one being dog friendly, some great hiking trails and a child's playground area with quality equipment and real grass. The campground is about 50-50 lawn or gravel along with some huge shade trees... More

Buckskin Mountain is one of the nicest campgrounds you'll ever find. It is located right on the beautiful Colorado River. All of the camp sites are very spacious and easily to access. All sites have water and electric and some have sewer. There is a dump site inside the campground and it too, is easily accessible. This wonderful campground was... More
