We have driven past this place for years and finally decided to stop when traveling with our two granddaughters. What a blast! We went on the monster truck ride first ($10/person weekends) It was a lot of fun. For me the best part was feeding the ostrich, deer, mules, and Lorikeets. There surely isn't more fun you could get for ten bucks. The big signs on the highway shout out to you on I-10 from Phoenix to Tucson. Pull in to the dusty parking lot for Rooster to greet you into this working ostrich ranch set at the base of picacho peak. You get to ride with twenty others holding onto... more

A quick, fun stop between Tucson and Phoenix is the Rooster Cogburn Ostrich Ranch (-) at exit 219 on Interstate 10 (you can't miss the signs).
