Constant turn over, marginal talent. Don't expect anything more than resort treatment. Very little true therapy for your 50 minute flip and burn. Claustrophobic therapy rooms, nothing special for high $$$$.

“Great facility, great facial, I've had better massage”

Beautiful spa facility. My facial was excellent. My massage was a little weird (maybe I should have expected in Sedona???) It was supposed to be an "integrated" between a regular and deep tissue. I've had a deep tissue.... and this one was not. I kept expecting more, but it never came.

If you are staying at the Hilton then you can have access to the spa, pool, sauna and fitness classes for free. The spa services are pricey but not more than any other destination spa. I had a deep tissue massage for $125 and added on a salt scrub for $50. I get massages monthly and this one rated in... More

The customer service at the Hilton Spa & Resort was exceptional! From the moment we walked in, there were several hellos. Check in was delightful and since this was October 30, there was a pumpkin decorating contest on display with some awesome entries from the staff!
