Sad to say but Tombstone is just one big tourist trap. OK Corral is fenced off and unaccessible except for big fee, hucksters are constantly on you, and most of the stores' wares come from China. Was a waste of time. more

This is a great place to visit and learn about the true stories of the old west. The whole town is fun and informative. Learn to play Faro, visit historical locations, talk to the people playing their roles as historical figures. The Courthouse is interesting on its own and played a major role in settling this area in the Wild... more

The Tombstone Courthouse is a great way to get acquainted with some REAL Tombstone history. The artifacts are the real things; the courtroom is the real thing; and the movie of "The Other Shootout at the OK Corral" tells a true story. The gallows, however, are not original.
