When you think about cider production, you would generally think of a rural setting surrounded by rolling countryside. Whin Hill cider is accessed in the long term car park in Wells. if you like cider this is a place for you! Apples are locally grown, and the owners oversee the making and bottling of apple juice and cider. Try the Coxes and the brambley joice. Lovely homemade cider took some to stay at home husband , bet he would have bought nore if he had come along. Give a cuddle to their lovely dog wasnt room on the bus to take it home

Whin Hill should be in one of Rick Steins food heros guides. It isnt a big place, or a commercialised 'cider farm' its basically a nice courtyard with a good labrador.
