We visited Lyme Regis on a sunny but very cold day, last Saturday (28th Jan). But we had the warmest and friendliest welcome from the guy who owns and runs this little aquarium. I admit it wasn't busy but nonetheless he took the time to tell us the history of creating the shoal of mullet (over the last 8 years)... More

We stumbled across this little aquarium after spotting it on the local map, and it was one of the highlights of our day!! The owner was amazingly friendly, spent so much time teaching us all about the fish and even let us feed grey mullet which was fantastic!!! Would definitely recommend this to anyone, really good value for money and... More

It was quiet seeing as it was in January so the guy who runs the place gave us a personal tour and gave us loads information about the fish and different marine creatures he... More

We went with a large family group (8) with ages from 13-25 along with our parents. The gentleman Max really made our trip. He kindly talked us through all the various species of fish and let us all hold everything. We learn about the mullet, star fish, sea mice and weaver fish. The Mullet is a quite an experiance. You... What a lovely time we had at this unique aquarium. If I hadn't been talked into feeding the mullet I would have missed this rare treat. Thank you to the friendly owner. More

I would like to recommend the attraction as a focal point for any school visit. I recently visited the aquarium as part of our GCSE Photography programme. The aquarium, although small, accommodated our 40 15yr old students in organised groups. All of our students enjoyed being able to photograph the large lobster and crab which the guide removed from the... More

We have been visiting the aquarium for many years each October half term. We always return as there is always something different to see, the welcome is always warm and it is simply a wonderful place to experience marine life and learn more about Lyme in a unique environment. More

Me and my dad were visiting Lyme and stumbled across the aquarium. The trip to the aquarium was totally unplanned but the man was so welcoming and passionate about what he was doing we couldn't resist a look! I have never done anything like that before it was amazing to be able to feed and touch the fish as we... More
