You have to go out and see it in the morning. Be wary of the boat owners who take you out to see the hippos. They will try to sell you a more expensive trip. "I'm sorry you don't have enough money, or else I could take you to see where all the hippos are." Still worth the trip out...

Kiboko Bay is a beautiful place to go and relax by the Lake Side. Food is delicious and service is great.

Fab location and food Enjoyed the pool although rather a lot of children who couldnt swim in it was a worry as several nearly drowned luckily theer were pool attendants

we just went there for a walk, nice community experience, but all very basic. Boat trips from the Research Center next to the beach (the building with the jetty with the giraffes)... those seem to be good fun, to the hippos.
