If you can, combine Keelung with a trip to Jiufen and Jingguashi- mining towns. Very nice country side experience. The night market was fun and the food was delicious- esp the Oyster Omlettes (ou wa jian). I went to the local place that has the best pineapple cake (Li Niang Dian?
